Do I need to apply for a refund of a credit balance?

No, refunds are automatically processed as refundable credit balances occur. A check will be processed and mailed to you or, if you have signed up for direct deposit, deposited directly to you bank account. For more information on refunds and direct deposit, check with the Office of the Bursar.
