How can I tell if I have any holds on my account?
Departments that assign holds to student accounts generally send a separate notification indicating why the hold was assigned. However, you can also find this information by accessing your account via MyNIU. Student account information can only be accessed:
- Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
