Student account information can be accessed directly through MyNIU or phone (815)753-1878 during the following times:
  • Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
